The President of the Republic, Jose Jeri, supervised the implementation of the temporary command post in Callao region, thereby reaffirming the Executive Branch's commitment to citizen security.

This center brings together the work of the National Police, the Armed Forces, and the local security patrols to coordinate joint operations in real time, enhance emergency response, and strengthen territorial control in critical areas.

It was a key action to protect all residents of Callao and reinforce the state of emergency, the Presidential Office reported via X on Monday night.

Callao Mayor Pedro Spadaro accompanied the Head of State during this event.

In turn, the local authority highlighted the clarity of the images captured by the cameras used to monitor various streets in the constitutional province.

The devices displayed various angles of the integrated patrols by the Peruvian National Police (PNP), the Callao Serenazgo (municipal security forces), and the Peruvian Navy.
