"We hope that both Congress and the Executive Branch speak a single language. We are clear about that," Mr. Castillo expressed from the local municipality headquarters.
The top official affirmed he will continue with the unannounced visits to the country's towns so as to witness how local authorities are working to address the main problems they face.
Likewise, Mr. Castillo pointed out the need for these authorities, or those who are in charge, to rely on the documentation containing their requirements so that they can be submitted to the Central Government.
"We need them to be in contact with the region and the Central Government," he said, adding that he will return with immediate results for Catache.
On this occasion, the Head of State was joined by Ministers Nicolas Bustamante (Transportation and Communications); Jose Luis Gavidia (Defense); and Geiner Alvarado (Housing, Construction and Sanitation).
Later, he will visit Lambayeque region.
