on Tuesday affirmed that from the government "we extend our hands and hearts to those who take to the streets," in order to listen to the demands they issue peacefully.
Within this framework, the President reiterated that her administration promotes peace,
dialogue, unity, stability, progress, and well-being.
The Head of State indicated that she is waiting at the Government Palace for the protesters from various Peruvian towns in order to be able to
dialogue about social agendas.
In this sense, the top official emphasized that these political issues, which are part of the demands of some of these sectors, "are unattainable by the Executive Branch."

Mrs. Boluarte, who affirmed that "
the viability and future of our nation is currently at stake."
The President said she is aware that "the task has not been fully accomplished" by the government. Thus, "there are many Peruvians who await answers and who seek to have their rights guaranteed in the face of injustices and inequalities."
The Head of State reiterated that, thinking about it, her administration has been implementing measures for the development of infrastructure, food, and poverty-fighting projects.
"We hope to articulate these measures with regional and local authorities," she expressed.
Direct dialogue
In this regard, the President reiterated her wish to engage in direct
dialogue with the sectors that have been mobilizing.
"Let us put down these acts of violence which do not bring anything positive to the homeland; we don't want any more blood," she emphasized.

Mrs. Boluarte, referring to
Richard Hancco —an official who has spoken out against her.
Regarding the protest marches which have been announced for Lima, the Head of State said they must take place in peace and calm.
She also thanked the aforementioned institution for promoting the validity of laws in favor of pregnant women and those who cannot count on attention in terms of justice services.
