The Peru Mucho Gusto gastronomic festival, a culinary journey through the country’s 25 regions, opens its gates this Thursday, October 30, at the Costa Verde esplanade in Magdalena del Mar.
Visitors will have the opportunity during four days, enjoy the best of the Peruvian flavors at the 187 exhibitors, with dishes priced between 15 and 30 soles (About US$ 4.5 and US$ 8.5)
From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., visitors can access the venue completely
free of charge —no tickets required— by registering online at
Ticketmaster.pe and
presenting a valid ID, explained
Laura Alegría, Deputy Director of Domestic Tourism Promotion at
PromPerú, in an interview with
Canal N.
"Each exhibitor will showcase the best of regional gastronomy, and we’ll also feature artisans and local producers," Alegría said. The fair celebrates Peru’s culinary diversity with the theme Flavors with History, offering an immersive experience that blends tradition, sustainability, and innovation.

Running through Sunday, November 2, the event will also feature bakers, brewers, bartenders, and pisco masters, turning the gastronomic festival into a vibrant culinary city, where families can enjoy traditional dishes, artisanal drinks, desserts, breads, and natural products.
How to get free entry
Admission to
Peru Mucho Gusto is
free with prior registration at
Ticketmaster.pe. Visitors simply
select the dates they plan to attend,
enter their information (including email and phone), and
present a valid ID, passport, or foreign resident card at the gate.
Thanks to the digital system, there’s no need to download QR codes or wait in long lines, ensuring a fast and secure entry process.
Flavor buses to the festival
To make access easier, organizers have arranged free Buses del Sabor (Flavor Buses) departing every 45 minutes from four key points across Lima: Kennedy Park and Larcomar in Miraflores, Paseo de los Héroes Navales in Centre of Lima, and one block from Plaza San Miguel mall.
"The service will be completely free and operate every 45 minutes," Alegría added.
