The high-level meetings that the
President of the Republic Dina Boluarte held during the
Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC) Leaders' Summit in San Francisco, United States, underpin the relaunch of Peru’s foreign policy and reintegration into the world economy,
Prime Minister Alberto Otarola has affirmed.
"These official meetings constitute an important step in the relaunch of the country's foreign policy and in the reintegration of Peru into large economies' major leagues," he said in a social media post on Saturday.
"This is the result of the Peruvian delegation's hard work in San Francisco, under the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mincetur, which have impeccably coordinated the participation of President Boluarte at the aforementioned international event," he added.
Return to Lima
As part of various activities carried out during the APEC Leaders' Week, Mrs. Boluarte extended an invitation to invest in Peru, noting that there is a set of clear rules for business in the South American country.
