The President of the Republic Martin Vizcarra on Friday affirmed that his administration is managed in the field, not from an office, thus highlighting the trips made by State ministers to Peruvian regions.

During his visit to the city of Quillabamba in La Convencion Province, the Head of State highlighted the work done by members of the Council of Ministers nationwide.

Within this framework, the top official commented that —out of the 19 State ministers— 10 have travelled to regions such as La Libertad, Huanuco, Arequipa, and Moquegua, among others.

"We are, as you know, an administration managed in the field, not from an office. This is not the first time that I have come to La Convencion. I have been in Cusco many times, and we have been paying attention to the issues facing the population," he expressed.

Subsequently, the statesman traveled to Apurimac region to supervise the free-of-charge hospital offer for COVID-19 patients, and reaffirmed that his administration will continue prioritizing projects in the health sector.
