on Saturday affirmed that she is confident and hopes Congress will grant the Cabinet a vote of confidence when its members attend a Parliament session to present the Government's general policy to lawmakers.
On the other hand, the government official noted it seems interesting to her that there are different points of view on the reform or change of the Constitution, given that many years have passed since the current Magna Carta came into force in the early 1990s.
Bermudez also indicated that there are interesting topics which need to be evaluated and others to be ratified.
"Everything that means debate seems essential to us," she concluded.
In accordance with Article 130 of the Constitution, the President of the Council of Ministers must attend Congress to present the Government's general policy and
request a vote of confidence within the first 30 days in office.
