Peru President Martin Vizcarra on Tuesday affirmed that the population has shown support for a referendum aimed at achieving reforms in the political and justice systems.
According to the President, former authorities had shown indifference and tolerance to the said scourge.
In this sense, the Head of State affirmed that projects submitted by the Executive Branch are open to suggestions and can be modified. Nevertheless, he stressed, his administration will not take a step back in the
fight against corruption.
