Peru: President Boluarte's reshuffled Cabinet sworn in

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte Zegarra on Wednesday administered the oath of office to members of a reshuffled Cabinet led by new Prime Minister Luis Alberto Otarola Peñaranda, who replaces Pedro Miguel Angulo Arana in the post.

The group is made up of the following Ministers:

- Ana Cecilia Gervasi Diaz (Foreign Affairs)*

- Jorge Luis Chavez Cresta (Defense)

- Alex Alonso Contreras Miranda (Economy and Finance)*

- Victor Eduardo Rojas Herrera (Interior)

- Jose Andres Tello Alfaro (Justice and Human Rights)*

- Oscar Manuel Becerra Tresierra (Education)

- Rosa Bertha Gutierrez Palomino (Health)*

- Nelly Paredes del Castillo (Agrarian Development and Irrigation)*

- Eduardo Alonso Garcia Birimisa (Labor and Employment Promotion)*

- Sandra Belaunde Arnillas (Production)*

- Luis Fernando Helguero Gonzalez (Foreign Trade and Tourism)*

- Oscar Electo Vera Gargurevich (Energy and Mines)*

- Paola Pierina Lazarte Castillo (Transportation and Communications)*

- Hania Perez de Cuellar Lubienska (Housing, Construction and Sanitation)*

- Grecia Elena Rojas Ortiz (Women and Vulnerable Populations)*

- Leslie Carol Urteaga Peña (Culture)

Today's event took place at the Government Palace in Lima.

*It must be noted that 14 State ministers remain in their posts.
