According to the high-ranking official, doing so would put citizens at ease.
In this sense, Del Solar recalled the
High-Level Anti-Corruption Commission (CAN) recommended the Prosecutor's Office to make public the accord, as long as it does not affect the investigations on the cases involving the construction company.
However, the clauses are kept secret by the Public Ministry, which is independent from the Executive Branch in Peru.
Remarks were made after the Parliament's Constitution Commission meeting ended.
