The businesswoman specified that she had three addresses in recent years. For nine months, prior to her arrest, she resided in the city of Tampa, State of Florida, the United States.
Similarly, she provided the address of a home in Peru's northern city of Trujillo and another in Lima's Surco district.
For his part, Mauricio Fernandini specified that he has not been working recently and that he was only studying for a master's degree at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).
Likewise, the journalist indicated that he resides in Lima's San Isidro district.
National Superior Court Criminal Judge on duty, Jorge Chavez Tamariz, specified that those investigated will remain available to the Public Ministry and the Peruvian National Police (PNP) "so that they (these institutions) continue to carry out the actions that are pertinent, based on their authorship in the case, within the framework of this preliminary investigation into both defendants currently underway."
Furthermore, the Prosecutor's Office reported that two other people, also under investigation, were detained in Trujillo last Friday.
They are former Fondo Mivivienda (My Housing Fund) Chairman Pedro Arroyo and ex-National Superintendence of State Assets (SBN) Chief Roger Gavidia, who are already in Lima. Both of them would have also participated in corruption acts linked to the "Marka Group" case.
