President Alan Garcia received on Thursday the credential letters from new Guatemalan Ambassador to Peru, Gabriel Aguilera.
The Peruvian leader also accepted the credentials from new Italian Ambassador Guglielmo Ardizzone in a ceremony that started at 09:00 hours (14:00 GMT).
The event takes place at the Golden Hall of the Government Palace in Lima.
