President Dina Boluarte on Tuesday stated that Peru must continue its path forward, with development, unity, dialogue, democracy, rule of law, and institutionalism.

"We will continue to unite the wills of those who do want to work for Peru and leave aside those who believe that divisiveness and polarization are the keys to unity; they are totally wrong. That is not the way forward; the path is ahead, and Peru must follow that route," she expressed.

Within this framework, the President said that she will continue working until the last minute of her term in office, on July 28, 2026, to keep delivering more titles to Peruvian families, without being distracted by the obstacles that stand in the way.

The top official stated that the delivery of these title deeds is one of her administration's outcomes, providing peace of mind and security to Peruvian families, many of whom have waited for years to make the dream of owning their own home a reality.

"It is not just a piece of paper that says 'I have my title'; that piece of paper, that document, gives you (not only) peace of mind but also legal certainty, allowing you to continue building, approach banks, and apply for a loan to enhance your home and be able to pass it on to your children," she indicated.

According to Mrs. Boluarte, another of the government's objectives is the quality of education, which is why Bicentennial Schools are being built.

These educational institutions are equipped with cutting-edge technology, spaces for robotics, and areas to promote student entrepreneurship, as exemplified by the Javier Heraud School, which was inaugurated last Monday.

"The only thing parents can pass on to their children, beyond property, is knowledge and education; when one has knowledge, education, and a title, it changes one's life," she pointed out.

Within this framework, the President reiterated that she will continue working for more schools, police stations, spaces for firefighters, sports facilities, and churches nationwide.

Today's ceremony was held at the Government Palace in the Peruvian capital, Lima.

This event saw the participation of Housing, Construction, and Sanitation Minister Durich Whittembury; regional governors; mayors; the general commanders of the Peruvian National Police (PNP) and the fire department, as well as beneficiary families.
