The new Peruvian Ambassador to Costa Rica, Juan Jimenez Mayor, presented his credential letters to the President of said country, Rodrigo Chaves Robles.
Furthermore, the new envoy expressed Peru's interest in continuing to strengthen the bilateral relationship with Costa Rica, as well as in maintaining a high level of regional and multilateral dialogue, plus cooperation.
Return to the international community
Ambassador Jimenez Mayor affirmed that Peru is in a new stage, in which "we are back" in the international community.
For his part,
President Chaves Robles thanked his counterpart for the invitation to visit Peru. Similarly, he highlighted the Peruvian economy's strength.
He also expressed his desire to strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation between both countries.
