In the case of Victoria National's candidate, George Forsyth, his candidature has a pending petition for disqualification for omitting information in the résumé he had submitted to the JNE.

The JNE reported that Victoria Nacional must still wait for the appeals —filed against it before the plenary session of Peru's election board— to be resolved.

As reported by the electoral platform, the candidature of Nidia Vilchez (Partido Aprista Peruano) was withdrawn.

In addition, the candidature of Fernando Olivera (Frente de la Esperanza 2021) was declared inadmissible.
