The President of the Republic Francisco Sagasti currently leads a new session of the Council of Ministers.
At the event, progress in the fight against COVID-19 is evaluated and actions are coordinated to face the health emergency linked to the pandemic.
Also participating in the session are Prime Minister Violeta Bermudez and members of the Cabinet.
The event takes place at the Government Palace in Lima.
