The Peruvians arrived in Lima in the early hours of Tuesday.
During their stopover in Bogota, Colombia, they received assistance from consular officials.
"Upon their arrival in Lima, they were also assisted by personnel from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations. The latter provided accommodation for one of them, whose relatives live in the interior of the country," the release said.
Likewise, it was reported that a fourth Peruvian, aged 91, could not be transferred due to force majeure.
"Our Interests Section continues to carry out the necessary arrangements and follow-up to provide him with the required consular assistance," the Ministry stated.
"Efforts are also underway to ensure that Peruvian minors can likewise be evacuated as soon as possible," it added.
On June 24, two earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 struck Caracas and six other states in northern Venezuela, with La Guaira being the hardest-hit area.
According to the latest official toll, the earthquakes have left 3,535 people dead, 16,740 injured, and 17,854 homeless, in addition to damaging 856 buildings and causing 190 to collapse.
