The Government of the United States has reaffirmed its commitment to support Peru's fight against corruption.
Said meeting took place Thursday at the Justice Ministry headquarters, where the American diplomat stressed that
fighting against corruption is a priority task.
Likewise, the foreign delegation expressed its willingness to continue collaborating with the Peruvian State and Justice sector in order to strengthen capacities for the implementation of the new Code of Criminal Procedure.
Director of U.S. Embassy's International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Section Alberto Rodriguez, Counselor for Political Affairs Eric Falls, and Peruvian Deputy Justice Minister Fernando Castañeda also attended the event.
