The statesman said that the priority this June will be to reach out to those 2 million families, who have not yet received the bonus.
The President explained that it is difficult to contact some rural families due to their remote geographical location.
"It is also difficult to reach out to some type of households, which were not clearly identified in the registry that we have," he expressed.
The Head of State explained that the registration of those families —who did not receive this aid— was later allowed, adding that they must receive the bonus.
Commitment
“Our commitment is to reach out to everyone. We are sorry for the delay, which is part of the bureaucratic system that we have. We are making every effort, and we are going to reach out to all those homes that have not yet received it," he concluded.
On this occasion, the President was joined by members of the Council of Ministers. The event was held at the Government Palace in Lima.
