Peruvian Ambassador to Japan Harold Forsyth gave a lecture called "Broadband and Peru's vision on Information and Communication Technologies by 2021" within the framework of the ICTs in Latin America seminar.
The seminar was a good opportunity to inform attendees about the efforts the Inca country's government currently undertakes in order to develop ICTs in Peru.
As is known, the National Plan for Broadband by 2021 is the foundation of said initiative.
Moreover, its goal is to improve communications infrastructure by expanding connectivity across Peruvian provinces and rural areas.
