Peruvian Prime Minister Violeta Bermudez and her ministerial team take part in a Congress plenary session to present the Government's general policy and request a vote of confidence.

In accordance with Article 130 of the Constitution, the President of the Council of Ministers must attend Congress —joined by the Cabinet— to present the Government's general policy and the principal measures pursued by the Executive Branch.

The virtual session began at 9:00 a.m. (local time).

It must be noted that the members of the Cabinet reached the Parliament headquarters on foot.

Afterwards, the ministers were invited to join the session.

This week, the Cabinet chief held meetings with various political groups represented in Congress.
