Casa Peru in Moscow welcomed important delegations of Russian entrepreneurs, who had the opportunity to learn about the Andean country's flagship drink pisco, as well as main tourist destinations, the Exports and Tourism Promotion Board (PromPeru) reported.
In this sense, 25 local businesspeople visited Casa Peru to get to know the wide variety of
pisco, a Peruvian grape-distilled spirit.
Likewise, this platform
received over 200 Russian tour operators, who were able to learn about the South American country's main tourist destinations, as well as several artistic expressions from the coast, highlands, and jungle.
More activities
Casa Peru in Moscow has become a meeting point for several soccer fans from different nations since every World Cup match is broadcasted live at this promotion platform.
Thus, visitors are offered diverse Peruvian products while enjoying the games.
This strategy is led by PromPeru in partnership with the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Culture Ministry, and Association of Peruvian Exporters (Adex), as well as several regional governments.
Casa Peru in Moscow will be open thru June 28 at Manege Exhibition Center, near Moscow's Red Square.
