In a video posted on Twitter, the Head of State reported that the current administration has secured 78.7 million doses until January 2022.
The top official explained that 9 million doses will be received in July —the last shipment this month being set for a date between 26th and 27th.
Likewise, the Peruvian State is scheduled to receive 8.3 million doses in August, followed by 11 million (September), 10.5 million (October), 10.9 million (December), and some 7.5 million doses (January 2022).
"In other words, the immunization of all Peruvians over 12 years of age is guaranteed until the end of this year, and we still have vaccines already scheduled for January 2022," he emphasized.
