The Peruvian Commission for Promotion of Export and Tourism (PromPeru) continues to promote the incredible tourist spaces that our country has, this time at LATA EXPO 2023 —the largest event for tourism operators dedicated to Latin America.

Held in London from June 19 to 21, the event brought together top suppliers from Latin America, buyers, companies, and travel agents from the United Kingdom and Europe specializing in Latin America.

A total of 28 meetings were arranged by PromPeru with important operators in the British and European tourism sector to showcase the best of our cultural, tourism, and gastronomic offerings.

At the fair, attendees were able to see images of the destinations promoted by the "Peru Now" campaign, such as Uros floating islands and the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. There were also presentations of Peruvian music enjoyed by attendees.

The countries chosen to participate in this prestigious fair are carefully selected by LATA, the largest Latin American travel association on the European continent, based in London.

PromPeru, local governments, and the private sector are working intensively to promote and participate in events aimed at the tourism industry's development and prosperity.

British travelers show interest in culture, nature, and adventure; they seek less crowded destinations where they can learn and disconnect, experiencing unique and exclusive experiences, and these experiences can be lived in our country.
