Peru: President receives credentials from Ambassadors of Finland, Paraguay, and Uruguay

The President of the Republic, Jose Jeri, received the letters of credence from the new Ambassadors of Finland, Paraguay, and Uruguay to our country.

First, the Head of State received Lasse Keislao, who presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Finland.

Next, Paraguayan diplomat Octavio Ferreira presented the documents accrediting him as head of his country's diplomatic mission in Peru.

Lastly, Silvana Montes de Oca, the new Ambassador of Uruguay to Peru, presented her letters of credence to President Jeri.

This ceremony took place at the Government Palace Golden Hall. It was also attended by Foreign Affairs Minister Hugo de Zela.

The foreign diplomats arrived at the Executive Branch headquarters with their respective delegations and were escorted by the Director General of State Protocol and Ceremonies, Eduardo Perez del Solar.
