Peruvian Prime Minister Vicente Zeballos on Tuesday held a working meeting with the authorities of Condorcanqui Province, including Mayor Hector Requejo, Health Network Head Jaime Zuñiga and Subregional Manager Hermogenes Lozano.
"Our priority are the citizens. That demands articulated efforts undertaken by the national, regional and local governments. With greater articulation, we will have a greater presence, thus enhancing the identification of focal points where there may be COVID-19 contagion," he expressed.
"If we want to talk about a country with well-being, opportunity and equality for all, we must work and start making amendments. Today, we reaffirm our willingness towards articulated, decentralized and committed work with each province and district of our country," he added.
At the event, the Cabinet chief was joined by Culture Minister Alejandro Neyra and Deputy Public Health Minister Nancy Zerpa.
