Peru: Over 63.4 million COVID-19 vaccine doses applied

63,544,904 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been so far administered in Peru, the Ministry of Health (Minsa) has reported.

Out of that total, 24,804,242 were given as second dose, thus accounting for 75.67% of the target population.
Within this framework, 10,817,880 citizens have been vaccinated with a booster dose.

They also account for 33% of the general population, the leading government authority in the health sector said in its daily report.
