Peru: Kuczynski leads new run-off poll

If run-off elections were held today, Peruanos por el Kambio leader Pedro Pablo Kuczynski may beat Keiko Fujimori (Fuerza Popular) with 44% of votes against 40%, Ipsos Peru revealed.

According to the said poll, 10% of respondents affirmed they would cast blank votes, whereas 6% of those surveyed did not give a precise response.

Likewise, 42% of respondents indicated they would never support Fujimori, in comparison with 32%, who responded the same way regarding the former Economy minister. 

Peru's run-off election will take place on June 5th, 2016.
