The Executive Branch on Tuesday appointed new Deputy Ministers of Transportation and Communications, who will replace those who had held said offices since the previous administration.
The appointment of
Alberto Paolo Ñecco Tello as Deputy Minister of Transportation —a position of trust that was vacant— was made official via
Supreme Resolution No. 007-2023-MTC, which was published today in the Official Gazette El Peruano.
On the other hand, the designation of
Patricia Cristina Carreño as Deputy Minister of Communications —also a position of trust— became official via
Supreme Resolution No. 006-2023-MTC.
Meanwhile, the Government has accepted the resignation of
Victor Omar Alvarez Herrera as Deputy Minister of Communications, through
Supreme Resolution No. 005-2023-MTC, thanking him for the rendered services.
