They underscored the importance of strengthening cooperation in the fight against transnational organized crime and drug trafficking.
Both authorities highlighted the dynamism of bilateral economic relations, as well as their mutual interest in continuing to boost trade and German investment.
Moreover, the ministers agreed on recognizing the potential for deepening cooperation in raw materials and supply chains.
Finally, they agreed to maintain close bilateral coordination and hold a further meeting on the sidelines of the upcoming United Nations General Assembly.
Minister Wadephul expressed interest in making a visit to Peru soon.
