Reigning FIFA Player of the Year Lionel Messi posed for Italian edition of GQ magazine (Gentlemen’s Quarterly) looking like the fifth Beatle for Peruvian fashion photographer Mariano Vivanco, who lives in London.
This photo appears on the cover of the Italian and Spanish edition of the magazine for a Dolce & Gabbana advertising campaign.
Vivanco, who has already worked with D&G, snapped some shots of the football star wearing a white shirt, tie and black vest and with a Beatle-like hairstyle.
In addition, Peruvian photographer Mariano Vivanco originally from Lima, now divides his time between London and New York, regularly shooting for internationally renowned magazines such as Dolce&Gabbana, Dazed & Confused, Vogue Nippon, Vogue Homme Nippon, Numero, Another Magazine, Man About Town, Allure, Details, GQ Italy, L'Uomo Vogue, 10 and 10 Man.
Furthermore, Vivanco has worked with celebrities like Eva Mendes, Dita von Teese, Cillian Murphy, Rupert Friend, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Emma Watson, Ricky Martin, Miranda Kerr, Helena Christiansen, Lady Gaga, famous footballers, among others.
