The Peruvian chain Maestro Home Center plans to invest 21 million dollars next year as part of its expansion plan in Lima as well as in provinces, the Administrative manager, Poldi Weli, reported Tuesday.

He said that two more stores will be opened in Lima, one in La Colonial Avenue, and other in the district of Independencia, in the ex-plant of Chrysler.

And, in provinces, the first opening will be in Piura, where a tent of 1,200 square meters has been already set up, and the new store will be built in an 6,000-meter area.

Trujillo (La Libertad) is one of the places where the chain would be also settled, and maybe in Arequipa one more store could be also opened, where sales have been significant.

Maestro Home Center has nine establishments located in the districts of Surquillo, San Miguel, Callao, Surco (Jockey Plaza and Chacarilla shopping centers), Chorrillos, Ate, Los Olivos (Naranjal) and one in Arequipa.

Today, it inaugurated a new store located at the 28th block of Argentina Avenue, in Callao, which has an area of 6,000 square meters and demanded a six million dollar investment.
