Amid high expectations, Peru's national soccer team arrived in Saransk on Thursday to play its first World Cup match against Denmark this weekend.
Via Twitter, the red-white squad shared photos of athletes inside the aircraft, as well as of their arrival in the aforementioned city.
The
Peru-Denmark game is slated for June 16 at Saransk's Mordovia Arena at 7:00 PM (local time).
