They took part in working sessions with the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) on observation methodology and logistical aspects related to their deployment to various Peruvian regions.
The OAS/EOM began its final deployment for the presidential runoff on Tuesday.
The mission comprises 92 specialists and observers from 21 nations, who will carry out observation activities in the country's 24 regions, Callao, and four cities abroad.
