The debate will cover four main topics:

What will the methodology be?

A mixed methodology will be applied, featuring a time pool allowing each candidate to present their positions on the topics within a set number of minutes, similar to the format used during the first round.

The format will also include an opening dialogue segment between both candidates, triggered by a citizen question.

How will the presidential debate unfold?

Each candidate will deliver a one-minute opening presentation.

Afterwards, both candidates will move to a debate panel where they will face each other directly.

They will be given three minutes to present their proposals on the first topic.

This format will be repeated for each of the four topics approved for the debate.

Both candidates will have two minutes to conclude their participation by delivering a message to voters.

Who will be the moderators?
