Peru's soccer fever is being felt at Gamarra Commerce Emporium just one day before the first leg of the World-Cup-qualifying playoff against New Zealand.
Gamarra is Lima's largest textile outlet, where thousands of people flock to buy clothing items for their families at affordable prices.
On the occasion, many stores and shopping galleries are overstocked with Peru's national soccer t-shirts and jerseys. Of course, the most requested ones are those with
Paolo Guerrero's number 9 on the back.
In this sense, Peruvians want to buy such jerseys to show their support to the top striker and the national squad that will face the All Whites for tickets towards Russia 2018 World Cup.
According to Gamarra manufacturers, jersey orders have increased once again.
Prices are expected to rise due to the high demand expected thru November 16th, the day after the final playoff match takes place in Lima.

The return leg will be held at Lima's National Stadium (Peru) on November 15th at 9:15 PM (local time).
Following both clashes, it will be known —finally— if Peruvians return to a World Cup after 36 years.
