Health Minister Hernan Condori supervised the arrival of a new batch of 624,000 pediatric vaccines against COVID-19 at the warehouses of the National Center for Supply of Strategic Resources in Health (Cenares) on Thursday evening.

The health sector's head reported that a total of 4,236,000 doses have arrived in the country to date.

Condori also mentioned that, since the immunization process began for children aged between 5 and 11 years, 1,845,000 minors have been vaccinated.

Therefore, he called on parents to bring their children to vaccination centers with the aim of protecting them "because we are about to start the school year."

During the event, the minister was joined by Cenares General Director Jose Gonzales.
