President Martin Vizcarra on Friday affirmed that authorities who work dishonestly will be subjected to the full force of the law.
In this sense, the Head of State reiterated
corruption has caused great harm to the Inca country since billions of soles (Peruvian currency) —destined for works in benefit of the population— went into the pockets of individuals.
"And we cannot allow this anymore. We will work honestly.
Authorities who work honestly will have my support, while the dishonest ones will face the full force of the law," he expressed.
On the other hand, the top official emphasized the delivery of 1,500 property titles to Tambo Grande families, a demand that has been met after decades.
He noted that the Government fulfills its promises and said the work of State ministers and the Executive Branch itself is to visit the whole country to deal with problems affecting Peruvian citizens.
Furthermore, the statesman received the key to the city during his stay in Tambo Grande.
