Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra will engage in dialogue with all political forces, without exception, and said work meetings will be completed between July and August this year after he reaches 100 days in office.
As stated by the Head of State, these meetings will be held in line with the
dialogue Prime Minister Cesar Villanueva engaged in with all parties before the new
Cabinet won confidence vote from Parliament.
"We want to be regarded as a Government
open to dialogue and one that seeks consensus. Therefore, as President of the Republic, we are going to foster encounters with all political leaders, without exception," he expressed.
The Peruvian leader considered imperative that talks are held after his administration's first measures have been carried out, which would take 100 days.
This
dialogue space is intended to enhance the Inca
country's stability and governance, as well as to leave the political turmoil behind, Vizcarra explained.
He went on to say that convening dialogue is part of the Government conception that "we can achieve important things if we work together."
Additionally, the country's top official affirmed transparency and governance will be the hallmark of this administration.
