Prime Minister Cesar Villanueva on Monday said dialogue is the principal tool of this Government and one of the pillars of President Vizcarra's administration.
"Dialogue is our principal tool. (…) We (along with President Vizcarra) believe in it," he was quoted as saying by Exitosa radio.
Villanueva stressed he has been meeting with everybody. In fact, he mentioned having worked with the
Amazon's Apus (chiefs) the day before.
"Dialogue involves communities, governors, and peasant organizations. We are talking to everyone. However, I don't want us to be portrayed as selfless since we do this with great pleasure," he noted.
With that in mind, he emphasized ministers have an obligation to hear the complaints.
