During a visit made by representatives of the above-mentioned institution,
JNE Head Victor Ticona explained the main characteristics of the electoral process.
Said group was led by
NEC Standing Commissioner Cho Hai-ju, who was joined by Elections Department Deputy Director Jeonghan Bae, Coordinator Advisor Gi Jong Nam, and NEC Official Bomee Na.
On the other hand, Ticona also welcomed officials of the
Embassy of the United States who are interested in gathering general information on the 2020 parliamentary elections.
In this sense, the JNE Head held a meeting with Counselor for Political Affairs Eric Falls and Political Officer James Ross.
During the gathering, he underlined the extraordinary character of the elections and that there is only a short time to carry them out.
