Public Ministry, specifying that both measures were declared well-founded by the Judiciary at the request of the Prosecutor's Office.
During a hearing held this morning, Lima Court's 20th Preparatory Investigation Courtroom Judge Esquerra Puente de la Vega indicated that there were sufficient elements of conviction to request these restrictive measures against the aggressor.
As a consequence, the young woman was left with burns on 60% of her body. She died six days later despite the efforts by doctors to save her life.
