Peruvian and Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministers meet in Colombia

Peruvian Foreign Affairs Minister Carlos Espa held a meeting with his Israeli counterpart, Gideon Sa'ar, in Cali, Colombia, to review the key issues on the bilateral agenda.

During the talks, the importance of assistance in addressing El Niño phenomenon, as well as of strengthening water resources management for the benefit of the most vulnerable populations, was emphasized.

Minister Espa arrived in Cali to attend the inauguration of Colombia's President-elect, Abelardo de la Espriella.

Attending the inauguration ceremony will be King Felipe VI of Spain, as well as Presidents Javier Milei (Argentina), Santiago Peña (Paraguay), Laura Fernandez (Costa Rica), Daniel Noboa (Ecuador), Raul Mulino (Panama); Luis Abinader (Dominican Republic), Jose Antonio Kast (Chile), and Nasry Asfura (Honduras), along with other international dignitaries.
