Peru's pavilion bade farewell to Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai, leaving an indelible mark.

After 184 days of operation, more than 1.2 million people experienced an immersive journey through thousands of years of history, culture, and gastronomy.

But the closing was even more special: our country received the Gold Award for Exhibition Design in the Modular Pavilions (Type B+X) category. It is an international recognition of Peru's creativity and authenticity.

The award was granted by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) jury, composed of experts who evaluated more than a hundred pavilions from around the world.

After rigorous inspections in May and October, Peru stood out for its visual storytelling, sensory experience, and sustainable approach, which blended past and future under the motto "Infinite Possibilities."

During their visit, attendees enjoyed coffee tastings, our flagship spirit Pisco, and Peruvian cuisine; marveled at traditional dances, alpaca textiles, and handicrafts from our regions.

Likewise, they immersed themselves in screenings and interactive experiences that connected them with the South American country's essence.

The Peruvian pavilion was the setting for unforgettable moments as well.

It hosted the celebration of Peru's National Day —featuring the National Folkloric Ballet, artists Tony and Mimy Succar, and a parade under the Grand Roof of the Ring— and welcomed prominent international figures captivated by our culture and cuisine.

Each experience was a window into the pride and warmth that characterize the Peruvian people.

Peru not only won hearts but also opened doors during the six-month exhibition.

Thanks to various commercial and promotional activities in Japan and Asia, business opportunities in exports, investment, and tourism were boosted.
