Peru: Renewed Cabinet analyzes initiatives to strengthen fight against crime

President Dina Boluarte on Wednesday led a new Council of Ministers session, in which the renewed Cabinet analyzed key projects to strengthen the fight against crime and protect all Peruvians.

Earlier today, the Executive Branch officialized the appointments of new State Ministers for the following sectors: Foreign Affairs; Foreign Trade and Tourism; Housing, Construction, and Sanitation; plus Culture.

These new members of Cabinet were sworn in during a ceremony held at the Government Palace on Tuesday.

The appointments were made official through supreme resolutions published in the Official Gazette El Peruano.


The Executive Branch also issued other supreme resolutions accepting the resignations of their predecessors and thanking them for their services.
