Peru: President-elect Keiko Fujimori meets with Morocco's Ambassador

President-elect Keiko Fujimori received Moroccan Ambassador to Peru Amin Chaoudri at her headquarters in Lima's San Isidro district.

At the site, the diplomat delivered a congratulatory message from His Majesty King Mohammed VI, expressing his best wishes for her success and his commitment to further strengthening relations between the two countries.

The Office of the President-elect stated that the incoming Government's willingness to support the  Kingdom of Morocco's territorial integrity and its sovereignty over its southern provinces was highlighted during the meeting.

It also underscored its full adherence to United Nations Security Council Resolution 2797, which recognizes the Autonomy Plan in order to definitively resolve the Western Sahara dispute.



She also met with Good Governance Party's former presidential candidate Jorge Nieto Montesinos, with whom she discussed security issues and El Niño phenomenon.
