The President of the Republic, Keiko Fujimori, expressed her best wishes for success to Paraguay's new Head of State, Pedro Alliana, who assumed office following the constitutional succession process.
On her X account, the top official reaffirmed Peru's willingness to strengthen the historic ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, as well as the nation's firm commitment to democracy and the institutional framework across the region.
"From Peru, I reaffirm our willingness to strengthen the historic ties of friendship and cooperation that unite us, as well as our firm commitment to democracy and strong institutions in the region," she stated.
