Peru: President Boluarte swears in new Prime Minister

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte on Wednesday morning administered the oath of office to new Prime Minister Gustavo Adrianzen Olaya, who replaces Alberto Otarola Peñaranda in the post.

The Cabinet will be made up of the following Ministers, all of whom have been reconfirmed in their posts:

Foreign Affairs: Javier Gonzalez-Olaechea Franco

Defense: Walter Enrique Astudillo Chavez

Interior: Victor Manuel Torres Falcon

Justice and Human Rights: Eduardo Melchor Arana Ysa

Education: Miriam Janette Ponce Vertiz

Health: Cesar Henry Vasquez Sanchez

Agrarian Development and Irrigation: Jennifer Lizetti Contreras Alvarez

Employment and Labor Promotion: Daniel Ysau Maurate Romero

Production: Ana Maria Choquehuanca de Villanueva

Foreign Trade and Tourism: Juan Carlos Mathews Salazar
