This event also saw the participation of Cabinet Chief Gustavo Adrianzen, Ministers Raul Perez Reyes (Transportation-Communications), Julio Demartini (Development-Social Inclusion), Jose Arista (Economy-Finance), and other Executive Branch officials.
It took place at the Government Palace in the Peruvian capital, Lima.
