Peru: President Boluarte meets with BYD and China Railway International representatives

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte held a working meeting with representatives of companies BYD, China Railway International, and the Ambassador of said country to Peru, Song Yang.

This gathering was held with the purpose of implementing the consensus reached in the recent State visit to the People's Republic of China.

The Peruvian Head of State traveled to the Asian country last June at the invitation of President Xi Jinping.

As part of the State visit, Mrs. Boluarte held political and business meetings in the strategic cities of Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing.

The People's Republic of China maintains ancient ties of friendship and cooperation with Peru, as well as high level political-diplomatic and economic-commercial relations, reflected in a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and a Free Trade Agreement.
